Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time day or evening shifts. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and help create a safe, comfortable environment for our residents.

Highlights include competitive pay of $17-$18 per hour with up to $2 shift differential, a $150 weekend bonus, and $5,000 nursing school loan repayment or tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience with PCC (PointClickCare) preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Compassion for seniors.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Dependable, professional, resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
