Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in our Greenville location. The ideal candidate provides home care in patients' residences, performing basic nursing tasks, personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.

Responsibilities include following the Plan of Care, documenting care, and coordinating with the team. Strong communication and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to include ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks necessary to treat clients who may include lifting, bending and standing.
• Must have sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and special diets.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and report changes in condition.
• Document tasks in EVV app and time sheets as required.
