Job summary

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services seeks a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in Greenville. The CNA will provide direct patient care in patients' homes, assist with hygiene, transfers and daily living tasks, and support the care plan with documentation and coordination.

Responsibilities include preparing meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and reporting changes in patient condition.

Qualifications

Maintain certification with DFS.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Effective communication and ability to read, write and follow directions.
Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with daily living activities.
Compassion and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care as assigned.
Assist with personal hygiene, transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by supervising clinicians.
Prepare meals considering client preferences and special diets.
Provide companionship and activities tailored to client needs.
Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
Maintain complete and accurate records required by agency.
Record and report changes in client condition.
Adhere to EVV time sheets and Plan of Care.
Demonstrate dependability in reporting to shifts.
Respect client confidentiality and privacy.
