Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Care aide for a part-time role in Greenville. You will provide direct patient care in patients’ residences, support hygiene and daily living activities, and follow the Plan of Care.

EVV tasks and timely documentation are essential. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, effective communication, and a compassionate attitude toward care.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to include ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks necessary to treat clients who may include lifting, bending and standing.
• Must have sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to home care patients in the patient’s residence.
• Assist with hygiene, meals, transfers and daily living activities.
• Record and report changes in patient condition.
• Adhere to Plan of Care and EVV documentation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
