• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with transfers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene care and basic nursing tasks.
• Prepare meals per dietary needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes.
• Follow Plan of Care and EVV time reporting.
