Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant for a part‑time Staffing Coordinator role in Greenville, NC. The position involves home care duties and 12n–5pm shifts, with three days per week and competitive pay.

The CNA will provide direct patient care in patients’ residences, assist with hygiene, transfers, and daily living activities while maintaining records and ensuring client safety. EVV tasks and collaboration with the team are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Maintain DFS certification.
• Effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care (bathing, shaving, hair care, mouth care).
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by supervisors.
• Prepare meals with consideration of client preferences and diets.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to client needs.
• Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Maintain complete and accurate records required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client condition.
• Follow EVV app tasks and timesheets as needed.
