Job summary

Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a compassionate Nurse Tech (Part-Time Days) at Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE. You will provide hands-on care, support daily living activities, and follow individualized care plans to promote residents’ comfort and safety.

The role requires an active Nebraska CNA license. Prior experience in long-term care or post-acute settings is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in Nebraska required.
• Experience in long-term care, post-acute care, hospital, senior living, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support per individualized care plans.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents.
• Follow care plans, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.
• Communicate resident needs and changes in condition to nurses and care team.
• Assist with documentation and resident support as directed.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapy, and other team members to ensure quality care.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
