Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking compassionate Nurse Techs to join teams across Bellevue, Gretna, Papillion, and other Hillcrest locations in Nebraska. Roles include Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN with day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Completion of Nursing Assistant coursework is required.
• Active Nebraska CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous long-term care, post-acute care, hospital, senior living, or personal care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents and guests on assigned neighborhoods.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene care, perineal care, and barrier ointment application.
• Change soiled linens and keep patient care areas clean and safe.
• Answer call lights promptly and assess resident or guest needs.
• Assist with meals and support a healthy dining experience.
• Observe and report changes in condition or needs to the Nurse Manager.
• Record vital signs and assist with data collection per policy.
• Document care in the care plan and notify of refusals or abnormal signs.
• Ensure care plan interventions are applied each shift.
• Use INTERACT tools as appropriate and follow STOP and WATCH procedures.
