Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a compassionate Nurse Tech (Part-Time Days) at Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE. You will provide hands-on care, support daily living activities, and follow individualized care plans to promote residents’ comfort and safety.

The role requires an active Nebraska CNA license. Prior experience in long-term care or post-acute settings is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Nurse Tech, you will provide quality personal care and daily living support while helping guests and residents feel safe, respected, and cared for.

• Assist guests and residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene, and other personal care needs.
• Support guests and residents with meals, dining, hydration, and daily routines.
• Help create a safe, comfortable, clean, and respectful environment.
• Follow individualized care plans, safety standards, and infection‑control procedures.
• Communicate guest or resident needs, concerns, and changes in condition to nurses and care team members.
• Assist with documentation and guest/resident support as directed.
• Partner with nurses, medication aides, therapy, and other team members to support quality care.
• Build positive relationships with guests, residents, families, and team members.
• Bring a calm, compassionate, and team‑focused approach to each shift.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A active CNA license in the state of Nebraska.
• Experience providing personal care services in long‑term care, post‑acute care, hospital, senior living, or a similar setting preferred.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A strong focus on resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of care.

Education & Credentials

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in Nebraska required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous healthcare, senior living, post‑acute, or long‑term care experience preferred.
