Job summary

Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE seeks a Nurse Tech for full-time evening shifts (2:00pm - 10:00pm), including every other weekend. Starting pay is $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience.

The Nurse Tech will join Hillcrest Millard, West Omaha’s premier post-acute and long-term care community, delivering compassionate, hands-on care. As part of a dedicated care team, you’ll assist guests with daily living activities, support meals and routines, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment while

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in Nebraska.
• Experience caring for the elderly in long-term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting.
• Compassionate, dependable team member who enjoys caring for others.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality personal care and daily living support for guests and residents.
• Assist guests and residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene, and other personal care needs.
• Support guests and residents with meals, dining, and daily routines.
• Help guests and residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for.
• Communicate guest or resident needs and changes with nurses and care team members.
• Follow care plans, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
• Assist with documentation and guest/resident support as directed.
• Build positive relationships with guests, residents, families, and team members.
