Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor health changes, and provide emotional support in a warm, home-like environment.

Valid CNA license is required. Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting is preferred but not required, and dementia experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
