Eventide Crete in Crete, NE is seeking a Certified Medication Aid (MA40)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work PRN, 24 hours per month, 16 hours on the weekend. This schedule includes a weekend and holiday rotation.

The MA40/CNA performs daily living assistance, adheres to the care plan, and maintains HIPAA privacy while fostering residents' physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Must speak, read, write and understand English including medical terminology.
• 6 months experience as a caregiver preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CNA and Med Aide 40 hour certification in good standing; CPR required for MA-40; vaccinations per policy.

Aufgaben

• Assists with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring).
• Supports admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees.
• Follows department protocols for documenting care.
• Prioritizes shifts to meet changing patient and team needs.
• Provides care per the comprehensive care plan; safeguards PHI per HIPAA.
• Prepares and serves meals, assists with dining and cleanup, laundry and housekeeping as needed.
