Job summary

Eventide Crete Senior Living in Crete, NE is seeking Universal Worker II (Med Aide) to work 10p-6a, with weekend/holiday rotation. The role supports residents' well-being through care activities per the comprehensive plan. Qualified candidates have CNA and MA-40 credentials, CPR if MA-40, a HS diploma, and at least 6 months of caregiving experience.

Vaccination requirements apply. Compensation includes $17–$19.04 per hour plus shift premiums.

Qualifications

• CNA and MA-40 certifications in good standing; CPR required if MA-40 used.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 6 months caregiver experience.
• Vaccination requirements per facility policy.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, mobility).
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and orientation of new employees.
• Follow documentation procedures and HIPAA guidance.
• Prioritize tasks and respond to changing needs without delay.
• Prepare and serve meals and assist with dining.
• Provide care per the care/service plan; CPR when needed.
• Administer medications under RN supervision when applicable.
