Job summary

Eventide Crete in Crete, NE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work 6a-2p with weekend and holiday rotation. The CNA will support seniors/residents and contribute to their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Ideal candidates have CNA certification in good standing, 6 months of caregiving experience, and a HS diploma. Compensation starts at $18–$20.16/hour with shift premiums and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English, including medical terminology.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and perform daily care tasks.
• Minimum age 18.
• CNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma preferred.
• 6 months caregiver experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transfers).
• Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees.
• Follow department protocol for documentation submissions.
• Prioritize assignments and adjust to changing needs during shift.
• Follow the comprehensive care plan and HIPAA regulations.
• Prepare, plate and serve meals; assist with dining room cleanup and laundry.
