Job summary
Urbana School District 116's Urbana Adult Education Center seeks an Adult Education Part-Time CNA Instructor to teach nursing assistant skills to adults in our program. This RN-led role requires current Illinois licensure and provides evening/weekend sessions as needed.

Qualifications
- Must be an RN with current Illinois State Nursing Licensure and at least two years of nursing experience.
- Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred.
- Ability to teach and adapt to diverse learners.
- Experience with technology and online tools.
Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare for classroom, lab, and clinical instruction.
- Lead classroom, lab, and clinical instruction.
- Use materials appropriate to adult learners to teach nursing skills.
- Maintain attendance records.
- Follow up absences by phone/mail.
- Communicate with staff to support student attendance and achievement.
- Supervise CNAs during clinical rotation.
