Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs to join our team in the Kenmore area, Bellevue region noted. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible schedules and a mix of 4-hour and 12-hour shifts when available.

Compensation ranges from $21 to $23 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, sick leave, and free training. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification or enrollment in an approved training program.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs with experience caring for seniors to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Report changes or unusual incidents to the appropriate parties
• Respond responsibly in emergency situations

Requirements

• Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or proof of completion/current enrollment in an approved training program
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English
• U.S. work authorization required
• Reliable, punctual, respectful, and compassionate
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Physical ability to perform required caregiving duties
• Generally 12-20 hours per week, with opportunities for up to 40 hours depending on client needs and availability.
