Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care of King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties seeks compassionate caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs to join our Seattle-area team. These roles offer meaningful in-home support to seniors, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

We provide flexible scheduling with long shifts, weekend options, and opportunities for up to 40+ hours per week depending on client needs. Competitive pay ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, plus benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification or enrollment in an approved training program.
• Reliable transportation and a licensed driver.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• U.S. work authorization.
• Willing to pass background checks and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and daily activities
• Help with personal care, hygiene, and dressing
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
