Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care in Bellevue, WA is seeking compassionate Caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs to join our in-home senior care team serving the Kenmore area.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with 4-hour shifts; up to 12-hour shifts may be available. Competitive pay is $21–$23/hour, plus health, dental & vision insurance, PTO, sick leave, and free training.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or enrollment in approved program.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks.
• Read, write and follow directions in English.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support

Requirements

• Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or proof of completion/current enrollment in an approved training program

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks

• Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English

• U.S. work authorization required

• Reliable, punctual, respectful, and compassionate

• Strong communication and time‑management skills

• Physical ability to perform required caregiving duties

Generally 12–20 hours per week, with opportunities for up to 40 hours depending on client needs and availability.
