Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care in the Kenmore/Bellevue area is hiring compassionate caregivers, HCAs and CNAs to support seniors at home. Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities with 4- to 12-hour shifts and up to 40 hours per week are available.

We offer competitive pay ($21–$23 per hour) plus health, dental & vision insurance, paid time off, sick leave, and free continuing education and training to help you grow as a caregiver.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification or enrollment in an approved program.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks and fingerprinting.
• English reading and writing proficiency.
• U.S. work authorization.
• Reliable, punctual, respectful and compassionate.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Help with personal care, hygiene and dressing.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Assist clients with appointments, walks and outings.
• Report changes or unusual incidents to appropriate parties.
• Respond responsibly in emergency situations.
