Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care of King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties is seeking compassionate caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs to join our Bellevue team. Part-time positions offer 12–20 hours per week with possible extension up to 40 hours based on client needs and availability.

Qualifications

• Washington State HCA or CNA certification (or enrollment in approved training) is required.
• Licensed and insured driver is required.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Help with personal care, hygiene, and dressing.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist clients with appointments, walks, and outings.
• Report changes or unusual incidents to the care team.
• Respond appropriately in emergencies.

Location: Bellevue, WA

Requirements

• Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or proof of completion/current enrollment in an approved training program

• Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English
• U.S. work authorization required
• Reliable, punctual, respectful, and compassionate
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Physical ability to perform required caregiving duties
