Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Identify residents before procedures; verify with wristband/photo ID.
• Record observations clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of resident rooms and belongings.
