Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding and ambulation.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, daily weights and other data; document in EMR.
• Perform rounding and communicate observations to RN promptly.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge tasks; prepare rooms and manage patient belongings.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing per approved processes.
