Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers).
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team promptly.
• Encourage residents to stay active and engaged through meaningful interactions and daily activities.
• Assist with repositioning, ambulation, meals, and other care while promoting dignity and independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Collaborate with nurses, medication aides, and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding resident care.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment where residents can thrive.
