Job summary
The Arbor Company is seeking compassionate Caregivers and CNAs for Arbor Terrace Basking Ridge in New Jersey. Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- CNA certification welcomed but not required.
- At least 6 months of experience as Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT or DSP.
- Memory care experience is a plus.
- Compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy working with seniors.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Build trusting relationships helping residents feel safe, valued, and at home.
- Encourage social interaction, engagement, and independence.
