Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current HHA certification required.
• Caregiver/CNA/PCA/DSP/HHA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, and daily routines while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships and encourage residents to socialize and participate in community activities.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided.
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment where residents can thrive.
• Work with nurses, caregivers, and other team members to deliver exceptional resident care.
