The Arbor Company is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Arbor Terrace Morris Plains in Morris Plains, NJ. Join a team recognized as a Great Place to Work and Fortunate Best Workplaces in Aging Services, dedicated to resident well-being and compassionate care.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health changes, and support a caring environment. The role offers competitive pay and benefits, with flexible scheduling options.

Competenze

• Current CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, rehab, or home health preferred.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), You Will:

• Provide compassionate, personalized care by assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers

• Encourage residents to remain active, engaged, and connected through meaningful interactions and daily activities

• Work collaboratively with nurses, medication aides, and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding resident care

What We're Looking For

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or home health is preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for serving older adults
