Job summary

Hospice of the Bluegrass Inc. seeks a Part-time PACE Center Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct personal care and supportive services to participants. Under RN supervision, you will assist with daily living activities, promote safety, and support engagement in center activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18.
• Kentucky SRNA certification required by the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
• Completion of an approved CNA training program required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and support to participants in the PACE Center.
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote safety and independence.
• Observe, report changes in participant condition and document accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Potentially assist with participant transportation as needed.
