Job summary

Crystal Cove Care Center seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per resident plans. You will greet residents, support mobility, assist with meals, and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities include recording observations, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, safeguarding patient privacy, and complying with facility policies. CPR preferred but not required, and a valid CNA license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA license
• CPR certification preferred
• Strong ability to read, write and follow care plans

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record observations clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist with activities of daily living including mobility, meals and personal care.
• Keep resident rooms clean, organized and ready for arrival.
• Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality of health information.
