Job summary

Good Samaritan Society in Windom, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care during the scheduled shift, under RN supervision. You will help with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, assist with meals, and maintain infection prevention practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification required or in process for state endorsement within four months.
• Completes yearly competency testing and maintains CE credits.
• For applicable states, registered with UAP Registry.
• May be classified as Sanford Category II Driver with valid license.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, meals, and vital signs; support mobility and range of motion.
