Qualifications

• Ability to push, pull, move and lift at least 35 pounds.
• Health assessment requirements per facility/state policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents (bathing, hygiene, dressing).
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, and documentation.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor immediately.
• Assist with bowel/bladder functions and toileting support.
• Support residents for activities, events, and appointments.
• Record weights and measurements for residents.
• Respond promptly to call lights and address care needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect Residents' Rights per HIPAA.
