Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed nurses with direct patient care including vital sign assessments, wound care, and medications administration.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, assist with laundry, meal prep and housekeeping tasks.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to address resident needs, concerns, and preferences.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress.
