Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification per state.
• Patience, empathy and teamwork.
• Ability to push, pull, move and lift 35 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan and maintain resident independence.
• Record entries on flow sheets, charts, and logs accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor immediately.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Support residents for activities and transportation within the facility.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all care interactions.
• Follow safety, infection control, and facility policies at all times.
