Responsibilities

• Perform basic nursing care procedures under the supervision of a licensed nurse and follow the care plan.
• Record pulse, respirations, blood pressure, and weight as needed.
• Document care and observations in EMR accurately and timely.
• Maintain infection control practices and assist with activities of daily living.
• Support residents' psychosocial needs and work as part of the care team.
• Follow facility policies and participate in mandatory programs and training.
