Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living and personal care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, dining, and mobility tasks.
• Provides medication assistance via cueing only.
• Observes and reports changes in residents' condition or behavior to supervisors.
• Performs room checks, maintains safety, and documents resident information.
• Participates in activity programs and emergency preparedness duties.
• Other duties as required.
