Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Follow treatment plans meeting residents' needs and assist with meals and grooming.
• Monitor and record pulse, respirations, BP, and weight as needed.
• Document care and observations in EMR accurately and timely.
• Maintain infection control practices and support care team.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meet CE requirements (12 hrs/yr).
