Job summary

Croasdaile Village is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for part-time positions in Durham, NC. CNAs will provide essential resident care under the supervision of LPNs and RNs, including daily living assistance and basic clinical tasks.

The role emphasizes compassionate, resident-focused care in a continuing care retirement community, with opportunities for training and comprehensive benefits. Vaccination status may be reviewed as required by policy.

Qualifications

• CNAs must be certified in NC and in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year related experience preferred but new CNAs will be hired.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in geriatrics, SNF, or LTC preferred.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient needs via signal lights and intercom.
• Bathe, dress, and assist patients with daily activities.
• Serve meals, collect trays and feed patients needing help.
• Transport patients and assist with mobility.
• Record vital signs and maintain care documentation.
• Maintain clean and prepared supplies and equipment.
