Job summary

Croasdaile Village, a continuing care retirement community in Durham, NC, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for our Home Care team. This per diem position offers flexible shifts (8:00 am–4:00 pm and 4:00 pm–10:00 pm) and weekend coverage.

Under the supervision of the RN Case Manager, you provide personal care, assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, dressing, and safety, while maintaining client dignity and compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• One year of CNA experience in a home-based setting preferred.
• Must be listed in good standing as a CNA on the NC CNA Registry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care under the RN Case Manager.
• Support activities of daily living: hygiene, ambulation, meals, dressing, shaving, toileting, dressing changes.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to RN Case Manager.
