Job summary

Croasdaile Village in Durham, NC, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (with Med Tech) for PRN shifts (7:00am-7:30pm). Preference given to candidates holding CNA and Medication Tech certifications.

Qualifications

• Completion of Medication Aide Written Exam.
• CNA Certification in good standing with NC is required.
• Current experience (within last year) working as a Med Tech in a Assisted Living Facility environment, is required.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications to residents under RN supervision.
• Maintains medication records and MAR accuracy.
• Verifies resident identity and medication details before administration.
• Observes residents for medication effects and notifies RN of any issues.
• Provides direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, feeding and assistance in examinations.
• Manages medication inventories and restocks as needed.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and supports Resident Services activities.
• Interacts professionally with residents, staff and vendors.
