• 3–6 months experience in long-term care preferred.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily hygiene care for residents with dignity and respect.
• Get to know each resident’s preferences to personalize care.
• Document care accurately and promptly report changes or concerns to the right team members.
• Follow safety, infection control, and risk management procedures.
• Keep supervisor updated on each resident’s status and condition.
