Job summary

Western States Lodging & Management is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities in our senior living community in Colorado.

You will provide patient-centered care, promote dignity and independence, assist with mobility and routine tasks, and communicate changes to the nursing team. We offer competitive hourly pay, a benefits package, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or completion of state-approved CNA training.
• Current CPR certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; pursuing is acceptable.
• Experience in senior living or caregiving is helpful; 0–1 year accepted.
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow policies, work in a team, and use safe lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Take and report vital signs and communicate changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with medications as permitted by training/state regulations.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas.
• Follow care plans, policies, and safety procedures.
