Christian Living Communities (CLC) | Cappella Living Solutions (CLS) is seeking CNAs to join our Nursing Team, delivering individualized resident care as part of a supportive, caring team.

This full-time CNA role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and maintaining safety protocols while learning residents’ preferences to tailor care plans. We offer a comprehensive range of benefits and a respectful, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months experience in a long-term care preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English; must have excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Learn residents' preferences to personalize care.
• Document accurately and report discrepancies promptly.
• Know and apply safety, infection control, and risk management procedures.
• Communicate regularly with supervisor about resident status and condition.
• Other duties as assigned.
