Responsibilities

• Provide daily hygiene care for residents with dignity and respect.
• Get to know each resident’s preferences so you can personalize their care.
• Document care accurately and promptly report any changes or concerns to the right team members.
• Follow safety, infection control, and risk management procedures.
• Keep your supervisor updated on each resident’s status and condition.
• Support the team with other duties as needed.
