Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is seeking a CNA for the Suites of Someren Glen to support residents through compassionate, individualized care. You will participate in daily living activities, assist with hygiene, and collaborate with the nursing team to maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or memory care (preferred).
• Genuine compassion and patience for older adults, including those living with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily hygiene care for residents with dignity and respect.
• Get to know each resident’s preferences to personalize care.
• Document care accurately and promptly report changes or concerns to the team.
• Follow safety, infection control, and risk management procedures.
• Keep supervisor updated on each resident’s status and condition.
• Support the team with other duties as needed.
