The Suites of Someren Glen is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Nursing Team in Colorado. If you have experience in long-term care or memory care and a passion for working with older adults, we’d love to meet you.

As a CNA, you’ll assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities, helping residents with dignity and respect while supporting individualized care plans. We value teamwork and offer growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing in Colorado
• Experience in long-term care or memory care (preferred)
• Genuine compassion and patience for older adults, including those living with dementia
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Reliability and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide daily hygiene care for residents with dignity and respect
• Get to know each resident’s preferences so you can personalize your care
• Document care accurately and promptly report any changes or concerns to the right team members
• Follow safety, infection control, and risk management procedures
• Keep your supervisor updated on each resident’s status and condition
• Support the team with other duties as needed
