Job summary

Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in Lake Oswego, OR. The part-time position supports medication administration and basic nursing care under licensed supervision.

The role requires an active CMA license in Oregon, CPR/BLS, and prior long-term care or geriatric experience. Proficiency in EMR documentation is preferred, with a schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends as listed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Medication Aide in the state this position is held.
• Active CPR/BLS required.
• Experience in long term care, geriatric rehab, sub-acute or critical care settings preferred.
• Experience in electronic medical records documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral and topical medications under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist residents with ADLs and monitor vitals.
• Ensure safety and maintain clean/organized environment.
• Document care and medication administration accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse.
