Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision for 14+ clinical interns (1 hour individual, 2 hours group).
• Oversee supervision of non-clinical students and professional staff; hiring, terminations, feedback.
• Manage daily activities to align with program goals and service quality.
• Provide counseling to up to 5 program students as needed.
• Assist program director with recruitment strategies and program growth.
• Assist with budget administration and forecasting student service fees.
• Coordinate service delivery with current and prospective students and families.
• Drive program innovations through workshops and partnerships.
