Job summary

Marquette University is seeking a Clinical Supervision Specialist for the On Your Marq program. The role supervises 14+ clinical graduate interns and non-clinical staff, manages program operations, and supports recruitment and orientation.

Counseling for up to 5 participants is provided as needed. The individual will oversee budgeting, service delivery, and staff development while acting as a liaison with the university community and external partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, Clinical, Social, or equivalent required.
• LPC or CRC licensure preferred or required with minimum 5 years of licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of counseling or case management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presentations, emails, letters, and memos.
• Ability to work independently, think creatively, and support neurodiverse young adults and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical supervision to interns (14+), including at least 1 hour individual and 2 hours group supervision per week.
• Oversee intern personnel matters: hiring, termination, evaluations, and training.
• Supervise non-clinical graduate students and staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Assist with new employee orientation and ongoing staff development feedback.
• Manage daily activities to align with program goals and deliver services.
