Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Director to provide clinical oversight of the Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program in Lebanon County. The role includes supervising master’s level therapists, delivering individual and family counseling, and ensuring services meet PA Medicaid and YAP standards.

The position requires leadership, supervision experience, and the ability to coordinate services in office and field settings, including evenings and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Valid PA licensure as LCSW/LPC/LMFT or equivalent.
• 3 years of direct mental health service with children/families.
• Experience supervising behavioral health staff.
• Experience in home/community/family-centered settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for IBHS with supervision of therapists.
• Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans.
• Monitor quality of client services and adherence to standards.
• Deliver counseling services as needed; family-focused approach.
