Winchester Hospital is seeking a part-time Clinical/Administrative Associate for an 8-hour day shift. The role combines hands-on clinical support with essential administrative duties to ensure smooth patient flow and documentation.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, and CNA or nursing student with clinical rotation. Medical chart maintenance and basic computer skills are essential. Prior clinical care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or nursing student with clinical rotation.
• Graduate of Winchester Hospital's Clinical Associate Training Program.
• At least three months clinical care experience preferred.
• English literacy and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative assistance on the unit.
• Perform basic procedures for patient care, comfort and safety; assist with ADLs, ambulation, beds, transport, specimens, vital signs, EKGs.
• Welcomes and orients patients, family members and visitors to the environment.
• Provides administrative support for the unit and staff so the patient care team can concentrate on patient care.
• Maintains accurate medical charts and copies/faxes paperwork to expedite care among departments.
