You will build strong client relationships, assess banking needs, and process basic transactions with accuracy. Role involves opening accounts, addressing service requests, and educating clients on digital products, while collaborating with branch teams to serve clients effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail banking experience of 3–4 years preferred.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital tools.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and assists with service requests and credit applications.
